Free visual inspection and a written scope of work before any mitigation begins - photos, moisture readings, and drying logs go in your claim file
The scope we write is the scope we bill. Anything new gets shown to you, in writing, before we touch it.
Meet the Anaheim Team Behind DryMark Restoration Anaheim
We’re the crew that shows up when your kitchen’s flooding at 2 a.m. or when a mold test came back positive and you’re trying to figure out if your insurance will pay. Every person on this page has been background-checked, licensed, and insured before they ever pulled into an Anaheim driveway. What ties us together isn’t a handbook. It’s that we’ve all seen what happens when restoration work is done without documentation, without a written price, and without someone standing behind it afterward. We don’t do that here.
Our People
Alicia Brennan, Owner
I started Back to Dry in 2011 after six years as a claims adjuster, watching homeowners lose tens of thousands on legitimate water and mold claims because the restoration company didn’t photograph the loss, didn’t log moisture readings, and couldn’t produce a drying record that matched the invoice. I built this company around that gap. I still scope most large losses personally, and I’ll tell you straight if a $400 dehumidifier rental from Home Depot solves your problem better than a $14,000 mold remediation. The math does the persuading. When I’m not on a job site, I’m usually updating our Haven Standard protocols or reviewing competitor estimates for our free second-opinion service.
Marcus T., Lead Water Technician
Marcus has been running extraction and drying crews for nine years, and he’s certified in Applied Structural Drying through the IICRC. He specializes in complex multi-story losses in Anaheim’s older condo complexes, where water travels through shared walls and the association, the unit owner, and the insurance carrier all need different documentation. Marcus carries a thermal imaging camera on every call and won’t leave a job until he’s mapped the full migration path. Off the clock, he restores vintage motorcycles and applies the same patience to both: measure twice, cut once, document everything.
Elena R., Senior Mold Remediation Installer
Elena holds her IICRC Mold Remediation Specialist certification and has completed tertiary drying on more than 400 containment jobs across Orange County. She’s the technician we send when a prior remediation failed, which usually means someone skipped the vapor pressure differential analysis, didn’t establish proper negative air pressure, or removed containment too early. Elena speaks Spanish with our Anaheim families who need it, and she keeps a running log of local building materials she’s encountered, from the original plaster in Anaheim Colony homes to the synthetic stucco common in 1990s subdivisions. Her three kids think her Tyvek suit makes her look like an astronaut.
David K., Service Coordinator
David answers our emergency line and schedules every dispatch. He’s the live person who picks up at 3 a.m. when a pipe bursts in the garage, and he’s trained to gather the information our crew needs before they leave the shop: water source, affected rooms, whether electricity is safe, insurance carrier if known. David worked in property management for five years before joining us, so he understands the urgency of a tenant-occupied unit versus an owner-managed home. He tracks every job’s photo documentation and drying logs, and if an adjuster calls looking for records, David has them before they finish their sentence. He commutes from Fullerton and knows every Anaheim neighborhood by cross-street.
Jake P., Restoration Apprentice
Jake joined us eighteen months ago after completing his OSHA 30-hour training and is working toward his IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician certification. He runs the Injectidry hose systems on hardwood floor drying jobs, sets up Phoenix and Dri-Eaz dehumidifiers, and maintains our equipment between deployments. Jake grew up in Anaheim and lives in a 1954 tract home near Brookhurst, so he’s personally familiar with the galvanized plumbing and original slab foundations we see in that pocket. He’s the one who notices when a baseboard is swollen in a pattern that suggests long-term seepage, not sudden damage. His questions slow us down in the right ways.
One Standard, Every Job

Every person on this page works under The Haven Standard, the protocol I wrote in 2011 and still enforce personally. Haven Standard, Clause 1 means a written price before any work starts, every time, with no exceptions. Our technicians don’t add scope once they’re inside your home. Haven Standard, Clause 4 requires a documented photo record on every visit, included as standard, never sold as an upsell. And our 365-Day Done Right Promise, stamped on every job, means if we miss something, we make it right. Not because it’s marketing. Because it’s signed.
We’ve restored more than 12,000 homes since 2011. Each one had a written price before work began, a photo record when the crew left, and daily moisture logs documented to IICRC, RIA, and IFA standards. Whether you’re in Anaheim Hills, the Colony, or a condo near the Platinum Triangle, the same people on this page, using the same equipment from Dri-Eaz, Phoenix, XPOWER, B-Air, and Injectidry, will handle your loss with the documentation your claim actually needs.
Call (909) 525-4167 any time. A live person answers, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. No voicemail trees. No next-business-day callbacks while water is still moving.
